Avert Fate is a basic first person shooter built in the Unity Engine. This means it can run from a web browser or almost any computer. The game itself is a pretty basic futuristic shooter where you fight robots and other large monsters to try to avoid the end of the world. The game is more of a tech demo for the Unity engine, so its not very deep. The game looks pretty good, especially considering how little resources it takes. It's a decent shooter game, but it's not going to stand up very well against a brand new full price game. For free, it's a decent amount of fun blasting some monsters will Halo-like guns.
