Battlefield 1942 Secret Weapons of WWII is an expansion for the Battlefield 1942, the original Battlefield game. Secret Weapons of WW2 adds a bunch of maps, guns, and some crazy WW2 era experimental vehicles. It adds jetpacks, jet planes, super heavy tanks, anti air tanks, rafts, and more. The new vehicles are fun to use but can be rather silly compared to the atmosphere of the base game. There are 8 new maps and they are a very strong pack with several that offer a lot of a challenging multiplayer gameplay. Speaking of multiplayer, this expansion doesn't do anything to change the fact that this game is pointless in singleplayer. If you want to play, plan to play multiplayer. Overall, the game is a lot of fun, and this expansion adds a lot more toys. If you like the original game then this expansion should be on your list.
