Bzflag is a first person tank battle game. You take control of the tank of your choice and drive it around a several level high battle arena and try to destroy your opponents. The object is to capture flags, so all out wars will develop over an area with a lot of flags. There are power ups to help you or your opponents. The game is multiplayer only, so there is no ai or practice bots for you to play with. The graphics and sound are very old-school and will remind you of similar games from the mid 90's. The game can be a blast if you get a handle on the control and have good friends to play with. The multiplayer means every game is different and the powerups and level variety help too. The game is free and definitely worth a try if you like old school multiplayer games.
