Crime Scene Investigation: Hard Evidence is a video game based on the popular CSI television series. Hard Evidence is the fifth game released in the series. The game was first released in September of 2007. The game was developed by Telltale and Transgaming and published by Ubisoft.

The gamer has to help the team solve five cases while utilizing the newly imrpoved 3D crime scene kit. Each case has the gamer working with a different character from the show. The first case involves Nick Stokes and a victim that was found by a racist ex-convict. The second case has Catherine Willows and a victim who was suspected to have been killed by her husband. The third case has Warrick Brown and Bullet Train, a band who was discovered electrocuted. The fourth case involves Greg Sanders solving a case where an eye surgeon has been murdered and the only witness is his blind wife. The fifth case has Gil Grisson and a store clerk that has been shot repeatedly by random bullets fired during a shoot out.

The game is essentially very active in the given the gamer a chance to assist with solving multiple crimes. This game was initially for the computer game play only, but was released on other gaming consoles six months after its release.
