Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade is a PC port of a Sega Megadrive Game. It is a 2d platformer that basically follows the story of the movie. As this is quite an old game, everything about it must be considered with that in mind.

The graphics are decent for an early 90's game. There is not a lot of detail but 2d graphics can age well if done right. This is just so-so. Scenes from the movie are recreated and stretched out into long platforming sections including an underground mine with lots of shallow water, which was definitely not in the movie.

The gameplay is exactly what you would expect from a 90's platformer movie tie in. You move, jump, and attack a lot of enemies, and collect a few power ups. Done well, this can still be entertaining, but this is not the case here. Platformers require good controls, and the controls here are best described as "iffy". Sometimes they work and sometimes they won't. This can make the game quite frustrating.

There's not really anything else to it. You jump and attack a lot of enemies that vaguely look like the movie. Unfortunately, it's a lot more difficult than it should be, and even though it is free now, it's probably not worth the effort.
