Kane and Lynch 2: Dog Days follows the story of the main characters from the original title, . Featuring brutal and gory combat, Kane and Lynch 2 invites players to delve into the psyches of two depraved criminals as they shoot their way through Shanghai. This game specializes at delivering the thrills that accompany "trick" kills, while presenting over-the-top throughout. Multiplayer options in this title include Fragile Alliance—a mode that allows teammates to kill one another in an effort to horde more cash for themselves while subsequently respawning killed players as police officers that can seek vengeance—and similar modes such as Cops and Robbers and Undercover Cop. Much like its predecessor, Kane and Lynch 2: Dog Days was met primarily with below average reviews and suffered from occasionally buggy gameplay.
