Mortal Kombat X is the tenth entry into the decades long fighting franchise game known for creating the genre.
Mortal Kombat X features amazing new fatalities, new moves and combos, better controller support for PC and improved graphics that put nearly every title that came before – including the arcade games – to shame!
This latest entry in the franchise features 29 different fighters to play as, meaning 29 new fatalities to master, 29 stories to be told. You’ll get three different combat styles to choose from for your characters, and you’ll be able to take your time unlocking the secrets of all of them or just a few select favorites.
While we love the way this game looks and the overall feel of the game, we’re not big fans of the micro-transactions that are built into the game. Unlike the previous games in this game you’ll be able to use real-world money to buy skills and advance in the game. This might sound like a great deal for those of us who may not be so great at fighting games, but it can feel a bit like a cheat for those of us that like to get to the end of the game with hard work, instead.

- Strong Single Player Campaign The single player campaign takes on average about 4 hours, but with dozens of fighters to play through there’s a lot of stories to get to!

- New Fatalities and Combos to Master Choose from three new fighting styles and master new combos and fatalities for each character.
Cons
- In-Game Purchases Many users will be upset that you can buy your way to the top of the pack in Mortal Kombat X, but all purchases are optional.
