Rust is a game that combines several tactics into one adventure.
From the time you start playing the game, you'll see that there are numerous components that are just tossed together, such as first-person views and lots of shooting. This makes for a hectic experience, but it also keeps you on your toes. Details in the game are stunning. There are trees that line the view of the mountains and bright blue skies that make you think you're looking at a picture instead of a video game.
As the game begins, you're pretty much starting in the middle of nowhere. You have to find the materials that you need to make weapons and to build your shelter. You also have to find the food and water that you need to survive. There are a few things that you have on you at the time, such as a torch and a stone. These tools will do some good, but you have to know how to use them. One of the benefits of the game is that it does offer hints when they are needed so that you don't have to guess at what you're making. You can play with others online, which sometimes helps in building shelters and hunting. Survival is usually longer while playing Rust as it's not as fast-paced as other games of the same kind. That also means that you have to be able to maintain your health for a longer period of time as well.
