In classic martial arts style, Serious Sam 2 is a game that involves a lot of fighting action in what appears to be Japan or China.
Details of the game are rather good considering it's one that is mainly about martial arts and fighting. The colors are rich and vibrant, giving you a chance to see the details of the characters and the buildings in the city. Your character is involved in first-person shooting action once you decide on some of the basic characteristics in the way that he looks. You can also choose some of his skills and powers that he has through the game. As you complete levels, you will gain more skill points and be able to add more weapons to your collection.
Some of the components of the game are comical. In one scene, your character has a parrot on his shoulder while he is standing in front of a group of blue men. You can ride a variety of vehicles in the game, such as an ATV or a dirt bike. These come in handy as some of your opponents are in larger vehicles. You'll see a menu on the side of the screen that lets you know how much health both of you have and the speed that you have gained while driving. Some of the monsters that you face are very large and sometimes disturbing. This is a game where you have to stay on your toes or be killed.
