Awhile ago, The Lord of The Rings The Return of The King came out for PCs and quickly proved popular with gamers. Common consensus declares the computer version of this game to be superior to the consoles. A lot of aspects were done correctly by the developers with a few issues. This game did not smash records like the actual film, but that does not matter. Without a doubt, The Return of The King featured easy yet fun gameplay, great graphics, and amazing sound. Plus, the levels were fairly large and co-op comprised a small part of the campaign.
Of course, this game was not without its issues. Camera angles frustrated a lot of gamers because they seemed clunky in comparison to the beautiful graphics. Campaign mode is often considered too short to really get excited about. Some levels held a few issues that most people could look past though. In reality, The Lord of The Rings The Return of The King will always be viewed as a solid game for the PC. Visuals, sound, and a great combat system combined to create a worthwhile experience that gamers want to keep playing. Undoubtedly, not all games can claim that kind of experience.
