What is Shelter Manager?

Shelter Manager is a single-player management strategy game about running underground bunkers after an apocalypse. You construct and upgrade rooms, set food rations and sleep schedules, manage electricity, and organize troops to capture other shelters. You can play campaign missions or manage shelters in a sandbox.
