What is Quarantineer?

In this government-management simulation, you run a totalitarian state after its leader leaves during a viral outbreak. You manage hospitals, quarantine infected patients, research a cure, and transport resources between towns. Economic activity increases transmission, while propaganda and military force help you control unrest.
