The 3D Reversi Deluxe game by GrassGames is an enhanced Othello implementation for both Windows and Mac OS X. The game has several modes. The default mode is Othello, a brand name for Reversi, and it uses the 8x8 grid popularized by the board game. Other Reversi modes include 10x10, 9x9 and 7x7. In addition, 3D Reversi Deluxe includes a game style called Anti-Reversi, which is available on any board size.
What sets 3D Reversi Deluxe apart from other Othello games are the graphics. The 3D boards are just stunning, and the game boasts authentic sound effects and excellent background music to match. In addition, the game includes a board designer, and players with no graphic skills can use it to create equally stunning boards. For the single player mode, the game boasts excellent AI, ranging from beginner to expert level. It also supports multiplayer locally, via LAN and via the Internet.
