What is Fire Bug?
A single-player 2D arcade game where you aim a magnifying-glass beam at bugs and hold it steady to ignite them as they try to escape. Chain ignitions for a score multiplier, earn Sparks for upgrades between rounds, and face bosses that unlock new enemy tiers for later runs. Arcade, unlockable Hard, and untimed Zen modes provide different ways to play.
For you if...
- +you like fast arcade runs built around score chains
- +you enjoy choosing upgrades between rounds
- +you want an untimed mode with maxed upgrades
Not for you if...
- −you dislike holding aim on moving, evasive targets
- −you dislike chasing combos before the chain expires
