What is Lumbrix?

You play a growing worm in a top-down shooter, fighting enemy swarms across themed stages. You aim and fire a head cannon while your body segments shoot automatically. Leveling up adds weapon-bearing segments, and coins earned during runs buy permanent upgrades.

For you if...

  • +you like top-down shooters with swarms of enemies
  • +you enjoy adding weapons as your character grows
  • +you want upgrades that carry over between runs

Not for you if...

  • −you want to aim and fire every weapon yourself
  • −you prefer exploration to stage-based enemy fights
