What is Last House Standing?

In this 2D zombie defense game, you sweep the cursor across approaching zombies to keep them out of a house while Dr. Ferrán works on a cure. Kills earn coins you keep after a failed run and spend on upgrades, traps, and other defenses between attempts. The waves include different zombies and bosses, with a second chapter set at night.

For you if...

  • +you like short runs with upgrades that persist after losses
  • +you enjoy defending against waves of varied zombies and bosses
  • +you prefer cursor-based attacks and placing defensive traps

Not for you if...

  • −you want to win without repeating runs after losing
  • −you prefer direct character control over cursor-based attacks
  • −you want cooperative play rather than a single-player game

Does Last House Standing use AI-generated content?

Yes. The developers disclose AI-generated content on the game's Steam page:

AI was only used to translate the game into its different languages, to polish Dr. Ferrán's dialogue in each of them, and to polish the game's description on the Steam page. The original lines were written by us in Spanish.

Self-reported by the developer under Steam rules: it covers AI content that ships in the game, not tools used to make it.
