Anacondas the Hunt for the Blood Orchid is a free 3d adventure game released by Sony Pictures to help promote the movie of the same name. In the game, you must lead your team through the jungle to discover the secret of the blood orchid and avoid getting eaten by massive anacondas. You have to work through the jungle environment of Borneo, figuring out how to get to the fabled blood orchid. There is not a whole lot to this game, as it is mainly a promotional piece. The graphics and sound are sub par and the game itself is short and not very interesting. You mainly run through the jungle, avoiding obstacles and snakes. There is not even much story to it because it follows the plot of the movie, and they can't give that away, can they? It is difficult to recommend this game, even to fans of the movie, because it has so little to offer. The best I can say is that it is free and short, so it won't cost you any money or much of your time.
