All of the popular characters of the DC comics are doing battle in one game.
When you first see the game, you'll notice that the images have a bit of a cartoon quality instead of what you might see in a comic book. You can choose to work with one character, such as Superman or Batman, or play with all of the characters at one time as they do battle against the enemy. The scene is Gotham City. The overall atmosphere can be a bit dark at times, making it harder to see what you're doing and where you're walking along the streets.
The characters in the game are in a battle where good outdoes evil most of the time. However, there are situations where evil will win out, which means that you have to fight harder to advance in the game. If you want to join the enemy's side, you can select to try to destroy the world when you start playing. Each character has its own powers. You can enhance these powers as the game continues and as you defeat the opponent. There is an option to play with other people online if you want to create a strong force that will win out. This is sometimes the best way to play the game as you don't have to do all the work on your own. Once you become accustomed to how the game works, you can customize the appearance of your character, changing the iconic look that is seen in the DC comics.
