季節は秋……。
主人公「三上智也」は、私立澄空学園に通う、17歳の高校２年生。
日常の中で智也は、騒がしくも優しい幼なじみや気さくで明るい転校生など、様々な女の子たちとのふれあいを通して、自分の中の本当の想いを見出すことになる。
彼女たちとの出会いは、智也の心に何をもたらすのだろうか？
しかし、そんな彼の心の奥底には、胸を締め付けるような、辛い過去が秘められていた……。
