While trying to live your own life, you have to deal with neighbors from hell who try to do everything possible to make your life miserable.
Your neighbors will attempt to do whatever it takes to make you want to move away from your home. There is an option that allows you to leave to go to another house in the neighborhood, but you might get other neighbors who will do the same things to your family. Graphics in the game could be improved. It sometimes looks like someone took a crayon and colored in a book to get some of the details. However, the action and pranks that you see in the game make up for the visual details. The sound effects are decent and blend well with the actions that take place in the game.
Another way that you can look at the game is for you to cause trouble for your neighbors. You could be that neighbor who tips over the trash cans or uses one of numerous objects to make life a bit more miserable for everyone around you. You can use the objects at your disposal in any fashion to pull pranks, and there are some that can be used together. The goal is to make sure the neighbors are so tired of having you around that they don't want to talk to you any longer and that they start to pull pranks of their own.
