This is a different kind of game that has a dark atmosphere and a few odd monsters and aliens.

The game takes place in what appears to be a sewer or on the dark streets of a large city. This environment makes it hard to see what you're doing at times, but if you take your steps slowly, then you can get through the levels. There are signs at the top of the screen that look like a scoreboard that give details about the number of kills you have made in the game. Your character looks like an alien or a combination between an alien and a monster. He's blue in color and wears clothes. You can customize the character later in the game. You can also change the controls to where it's easier for you to jump on ledges so that you can avoid the creatures below or get across puddles and other items on the ground.

Abe is a character that shouldn't be afraid of many thing because he has a frightening look, but he really doesn't seem to want to kill anything. To get through the game, you have to defeat enemies. You can run through the levels as fast as you can if you want to simply escape the monsters chasing you. There are maps that look more like blueprints for a subway system, but they will show where you should avoid going. There are hints at the top of the screen that tell you what to do in each level. Overall, it's a simple game that is fun to play.
