In Surgeon Simulator 2013, you control a man named Nigel Burke, who is just an average person that finds himself in the heart of a surgery center needing to complete a wide range of surgeries. The game starts with you completing some very basic surgeries while using some very inappropriate tools, which would never be used in surgery in real life. The surgeries are also completed in some very unorthodox locations, including in a theater and in the back of a quickly moving ambulance. You will be tasked with completing the surgery and also monitoring the health and vital statistics of the patient while you are operating.

As you continue to progress and complete more and more surgeries successfully, you will be able to take on more complex surgeries, including brain surgery, heart transplant surgery, and kidney replacements. You will also be given access to a wide range of tools, which will be more than needed when you move on to the more challenging surgeries.

The game is a very fast-paced and entertaining game. It comes with a very upbeat and energetic soundtrack, which adds significantly to the amount of excitement that comes with the game.
