What is Last Day of Rome?
In this single-player strategy game, you lead one of eight tribal factions resisting Roman expansion, starting in the second century AD. You develop your capital and conquered regions, negotiate truces and alliances, and assemble armies using faction-specific infantry, cavalry, and archers.
For you if...
- +you enjoy economic micromanagement alongside military expansion
Not for you if...
- −you prefer real-time combat over turn-based battles
- −you want multiplayer competition rather than a solo campaign
