Port Royale 4 is a single-player strategy and trading simulation set in the 17th-century Caribbean. As a governor serving one of four European powers, you develop a colony, connect islands through production and trade routes, carry out a viceroy’s tasks, and fight turn-based naval battles against rival fleets.
