What is Hundred Days - Winemaking Simulator?

A single-player management sim where you take charge of a new winery. You choose vines to suit the soil, tend and harvest grapes, decide how to ferment and age the wine, then sell it to fund expansion. Those choices affect how much wine you produce and its quality.
