What is Strategic Command: World War I?

This turn-based, hex-grid strategy game covers World War I through three campaigns set in 1914 or 1917. You command either side by moving and entrenching units, fighting at sea, pursuing diplomacy, and researching weapons as the Entente and Central Powers fight for victory.
