What is OUTBRK?
This early-access, open-world simulation casts you as a professional storm chaser in a fictional version of America's Tornado Alley. You drive through randomized weather scenarios, gather data on severe storms, avoid hazards, and buy and upgrade vehicles. You can play alone or with others.
