What is 3rd eye?

This psychological horror adventure follows Touhou Project's Koishi Komeiji after she wakes in an unfamiliar room. You explore a mental world, talk to characters, and use her Third Eye to uncover and collect hidden objects. Using the eye makes it increasingly bloodshot, so you need eyedrops to relieve it.
