What is Kowloon's Curse: Lost Report?

This free, first-person RPG is a standalone prequel to Kowloon's Curse, following mafia henchman Tony as he works for The Inspector. You explore three districts of a surreal city based on Kowloon Walled City, browse KowloonChan at home, and exploit enemy weaknesses in turn-based fights.
