What is Boot Camp Fitness?

This single-player fitness app guides you through home exercise sessions. You choose a duration and difficulty, enable or disable bodyweight, core, and flexibility exercises, then follow the automatically planned routine. No exercise equipment is needed, but the developer specifies at least four meters by four meters of clear space.
