What is Jetboard Joust?

In this single-player, side-scrolling shooter, you ride a jetboard across five planets to stop aliens from abducting civilians and turning them into mutants. Each run takes you through enemy-filled levels and boss fights, with collected cash used to upgrade your weapons and equipment.
