What is Skopje '83?

Skopje '83 is a first-person shooter set in an alternate-history Balkan city overrun by mutants after an unexplained event. You explore, fight enemies, gather resources, and upgrade weapons using blueprints that persist between runs. Each death changes enemy locations and loot across the open world.
