What is High Strategy: Urukon?

A single-player, top-down strategy game set in a sci-fi world of competing factions. Choose from 32 factions with different starting conditions and goals, then trade resources, recruit troops, develop cities, and expand through conquest or negotiation. Losing your capital destroys your faction.
