What is Rough Justice: '84?

In this single-player, isometric strategy game, you run a private security agency in 1980s Seneca City as a secret organization spreads its influence. You hire agents, match their stats to security, repossession, and fugitive recovery cases, and resolve jobs using dice rolls and cards that temporarily boost stats. Some cases include cryptograms, reflex tests, or math puzzles.
