What is Tactical Combat Department?
A single-player strategy game viewed from above or in 3D, where you command a special intervention squad across individual levels. You spend action points to move officers, scout with cameras, and use commands, pepper spray, or flashbangs to secure suspects and civilians. Each officer's field of view determines what you can see.
