What is State of Decay 3?

Set years after a zombie outbreak, this action-adventure game puts you in charge of a community threatened by blood plague and a new kind of zombie. You scavenge, fight, recruit survivors, and decide where to settle and what to build. Characters can die permanently, and up to four players can develop a shared community online.
