What is Strategic Mind: Spectre of Communism?

A single-player, turn-based strategy game in which you lead Soviet forces through World War II as the USSR pursues a worldwide communist revolution. You command ground, air, and naval units in operations centered on land battles, completing primary and secondary objectives. Units gain levels, and you select their skills and equipment.
