What is Neon Blight?

Neon Blight is a single-player, top-down roguelite shooter set in a cyberpunk city ruled by megacorporations. You fight through hand-crafted levels and bosses to gather guns, then return to your shop to sell them, while searching for a weapon that could change the city's balance of power.
