What is It's Only Money?

A third-person, open-world simulation set in Rockhaven, where a corrupt mayor forces residents underground. You return to the surface to pick pockets, steal cars, and fight his allies in takeover missions. Stolen money buys homes and businesses that help residents return aboveground, and you can play alone or with up to three friends.
