What is Killer: Infected One of Us?

This first-person online social deduction game takes place at a research station in 2040 after an expedition encounters a deadly virus. In each match, infected players conceal their condition and spread the virus, while healthy players maintain the station and identify whom to cure. Administering the antidote to a healthy player kills them.
