What is (the) Gnorp Apologue?
This is a single-player 2D incremental strategy game about helping small creatures called gnorps accumulate wealth. Gnorps strike a rock and retrieve the shards it produces; you spend those shards on more gnorps, structures, and upgrades, then combine talents and status effects into different builds.
