What is DesktopMMD3:Miss Fish?
This desktop companion program displays animated 3D characters on your Windows desktop, optionally above other windows. You can change their appearance, import MMD or VRM models, choose dances and idle animations, and interact with them using the mouse cursor. The default character, Miss Fish, has four outfits.
