What is Broken Universe - Tower Defense?

A 2D tower defense game set on alien planets, where you choose a landing site and place towers and barriers to stop monsters. Across stages, you can block or redirect their paths, combine buildings into new towers, and research upgrades while the protagonist searches for his missing girlfriend.
