What is Chicken Invaders Universe?

As a new recruit fighting a chicken invasion, you pilot a spacecraft through top-down shooting missions across a galaxy of star systems. You shoot waves of chickens and bosses, upgrade equipment, customize your spacecraft, and can fly missions with other players.
