What is Saiko no sutoka?

A first-person survival horror game set in a school where Saiko, a killer, has trapped you. Search for numbers to unlock a safe containing the exit key while avoiding her as she shifts between slowing you down and attacking. There is a tutorial/story mode and several escape difficulty modes.
