What is Beholder 3?

An isometric, point-and-click strategy simulation set in a totalitarian state follows Frank Schwarz, a former ministry employee forced to spy for the government. You manage an apartment building, search tenants' homes and ministry offices, install cameras, and handle bills and repairs while carrying out propaganda orders and navigating rival factions.
