What is Artificial Extinction 2?

In this single-player tower defense and shooter hybrid, you play a sentient AI commander on hostile Earth. Across ten levels, you switch between an overhead command view to build and upgrade defenses and first-person combat, while mining resources and managing power and ammunition. Defend your base until critical data decrypts, then call your mothership for extraction.
