What is Organs Please?
A point-and-click management sim set on an Earth facing a resource crisis. You screen visitors and decide whether to hire, incinerate, or process them into food. Over 30 days, you assign workers, expand facilities, manage scarce resources, and meet quotas while building a spaceship.
