What is Highrise Mogul?

A 3D tycoon game about designing and running your own high-rise. You arrange floors, rooms, and power grids, then hire staff, set tenant policies, run publicity campaigns, and manage loans and income. Residents, workers, and visitors are simulated individually as they use the building.
