What is Head 2 Head?

This free-to-play, Early Access fighting game follows Red Head, a rookie competing to become the best warrior in a supernatural realm. In survival runs, you defeat opponents, earn Skulls to unlock heads, and stack temporary stat bonuses. You can also fight other players locally or online.
